One thing that draws people into an article and creates interest is images. When there is a picture related to an article, a viewer can glance at it and immediately get some idea of what the writing is about.
The thing that can truly draw a reader’s interest is captions with the images. A small sentence or two describing the picture and how it relates to the article can provide a synopsis of what the viewer is about to read. While not a replacement for the text of the article, it allows a reader to get involved enough to decide if reading the entire article is useful.
